The “Great Apple” – as it is also called- has 182 units ranging from 105 to 690 square meters with a total investment of U$S 150 million.

Madero Center is placed on Puerto Madero Pier 4 Eastern side. It is a construction which has unique features in a privileged area-facing the pier a few feet away from the Yacht Club.

It overlooks the vessels on the riverfront, most buyers enjoy wide views reflected upon the water mirror quietness and further away: the city.

The project was carried out in alliance with Engineer Luis Perelmuter who headed his “Proa al Puerto” Company, which was in charge of the commercialization together with Tishman Speyer Urban Yard.

Macro Bansud Bank provided the financing and Dujovne-Hirsch and Associated, the project and its direction.

On a 13,000 square meters plot 114,000 square meters were developed.

In its original incarnation, this plot was aimed at holding a stadium; therefore it was awarded a 100% FOS permit (soil occupation factor in its Spanish abbreviation) which authorizes the construction of 9 stories on the pier.
