The Company is expanding its activities towards the development of touristic residential centers.

The Company purchased 2,000 hectares in Sierra de la Ventana.

The property is at the base of the Three Peaks Hill, one of the festest growing touristic destination on the Buenos Aires Province.

By means of its subsidiary “Reserva Natural Cerro Colorado S.A.”, the plan is to develop a touristic residential center targeting at the local and international market, the first stage of said development contemplates the commercialization of approximately 600 lots of around 2,500 square meters each. Its dwellers will be able to enjoy direct hill access and golf and tennis courses. Its commercial launching is planned for 2012.
