Yacht II-IV Building was completed in 1999, it possesses an 11,000 m2 surface and it lies on the edge of Puerto Madero Pier IV.

It has office floors on its upper story and commercial shops on the ground floor. There are 150 parking lots on its basement.

The project and its development were performed by its controlled company “Urban Yard S.A.”
