Yacht V-VI Building was completed in 2000 having a 11,000 m2 surface; it is located on Puerto Madero Pier IV edge.

It has office floors on its upper story and commercial shops on the ground floor. There are 150 parking lots on its basement.

The project and its development were performed by its controlled company “Urban Yard S.A.”
